- Develop and execute strategies to grow sales
- Lead, support, and motivate agency partners
- Champion the sales organization and drive growth across a key business segment
- Build strong relationships with agencies and customers
- Identify opportunities to expand the business
What You’ll Need:
- Sales leadership experience within material handling, cold storage, or a related industry
- Strong track record of sales success and business development
- National sales experience will be considered for candidates without direct leadership experience
- Ability to creatively solve problems and develop solutions for customers
- Proven ability to drive growth in a challenging market
