Apply for this role →Image Care Latham is seeking a part-time Patient Support Specialist to join the team in Latham, NY. This 16-hour weekly role covers Wednesday and Friday evenings (4:00pm-7:00pm) and Saturday (8:00am-4:30pm) to support patient check-ins, calls, scheduling, and clerical tasks.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, preferably with medical office experience. A high school diploma and knowledge of medical terminology are desirable.
