In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the technological systems of our company to ensure all employees have the proper working resources they need. Your duties will include troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues, as well as ensuring that all new computer systems and software programs are installed and functioning correctly.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customers to resolve trouble tickets Adhering to company IT policies Resolving all issues employees have with their IT systems and software Providing technical support to employees
Qualifications:
Good understanding of computer systems, networks, and software Problem-solving abilities Desire to learn and grow Excellent communication skills in English Ability to work well in a team Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms Knowledge of internet security and data privacy principlesA degree in Computer Science, IT or relevant field is a plus
