Position Overview: Telos Health Systems is seeking an experienced Psychiatry Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to provide psychiatric and behavioral health services to residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) throughout the Asheville area. We are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) with a Certificate of Added Qualifications (CAQ) in Psychiatry (preferred) or significant experience in geriatric behavioral health. This provider will work collaboratively with facility staff, primary care providers, and interdisciplinary teams to improve residents’ mental health, quality of life, and overall clinical outcomes.
