Outside Sales Representative - Metal Fabrication / Stamping

Responsibilities: Develops annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives. Directs implementation and execution of sales policies and practices. Devises new and innovative ways to market and promote company products and services. Recommends sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses. Manages multiple channels selling strategies. Builds, develops, manages and supports sales and purchasing team. Consults with management, quality and manufacturing personnel to discuss manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and resolve issues.
