Job Description:
Pay range for this position is $31.31/hr to $32.58/hr. This is an entry level position to work in the Preservation Technician Trade. Applicants will be assigned to P10 Trade tasks. As paint removal, hand pneumatic grinding/needle gun (surface prep), masking/unmasking, decking, damping tiles, brush/roller/spray painting, and snow removal.
Required/Preferred Education/Training:
- Preferred High School Diploma or GED.Required/Preferred Experience
- Required Must have some experience with power and pneumatic tools. Hand grinding/needle gun (surface prep).Required Must be able to work in confined spaces, on ladders, and at heights with scissor/condo lifts.
- Required Must be able to wear a respirator.
- Required Must meet the requirements of the P10 physical task analysis.
- Preferred Experience with metal surface preparation and coatings application.
Preferred: Spray experience.
