GRC Manager - Energy/OT Risk & Compliance Leader (Hybrid)

Insight Global is seeking a seasoned GRC Manager to lead and mature a Governance, Risk, and Compliance program within a complex energy and OT environment in Houston, TX. This permanent leadership role reports to senior cybersecurity leadership and oversees five direct reports and multiple contractors. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of leadership in cybersecurity, risk, compliance, or governance, with strong IT/OT expertise and proficiency in IEC 62443, NIST CSF 2.0, and third‐party risk
