Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of all facility equipment and systems.
Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs.
Coordinate and supervise contractors and vendors for facility projects and repairs.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to facility operations.
Manage facility budgets, expenses, and procurement processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to support company operations and enhance facility performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Facilities Management experience.
- Proven experience in facilities management or engineering roles.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance processes.
- Proficiency in CAD software and facility management software.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
