About the Role:
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Curriculum to lead the scaling and enhancement of its curriculum capability. The successful candidate will be tasked with providing overall leadership and stewardship, ensuring quality, coherence, and measurable impact across large-scale work. The VP of Curriculum will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end curriculum design, development, and production process, as well as establishing and improving curriculum ecosystems. A key aspect of the role is to lead and develop a multidisciplinary curriculum team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. The ideal candidate for the VP of Curriculum position at the company will have a background in senior leadership, scaling large K-12 curriculum organizations, and a proven track record in standards-aligned curriculum design. Experience in managing strategic partnerships, building durable systems, and delivering high-quality instructional materials in public-sector environments is essential.
