This is a fast-track apprenticeship perfect for an ambitious professional or a beauty school student ready to learn behind-the-scenes operations and transition into a full-time stylist position.

Key Responsibilities: Stylist Support: Perform luxury shampoos, apply toners, mix color formulas, and prep stylist stations.

Client Experience: Serve as the face of the salon, providing a warm and welcoming first impression for every client. Flexible team player ready to tackle various tasks and daily salon responsibilities as requested. What We Look For Valid Massachusetts Cosmetology License. Ability to work efficiently and maintain high energy in a busy, fast-paced environment. A professional, trend-conscious appearance and punctual work ethic.
