JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Support airborne lot testing and space applications, including programming files and assisting with vibration testing Become proficient in battery test methods, including monitoring points, switching, circuit protections, wattage management, and time correlation Apply practical physicist application focus to engineering tasks, avoiding theoretical approaches Conduct Big Data analysis to obtain predictive analysis, identify indicators of known and emerging failure modes, and better predict end-of-life characteristics of lithium-ion aircraft and space cells/batteries, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of various battery chemistries Assist other analysts in utilizing analytic platforms as needed Present findings, approaches, and processes to team members

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: AND CLEARANCE: Bachelor's degree with 2 or more years of experience, or a Master's degree and zero. Effective communication skills with all levels of personnel; able to work independently and as part of a team Interim Secret clearance required to start, with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
