Communicates technical support solutions to internal users by troubleshooting computer applications, hardware, and system issues. Coordinates with network services, software engineering, and application development teams to restore service and resolve technical problems efficiently. Documents troubleshooting activities in a tracking log, identifies opportunities to enhance support processes, and recommends solutions to improve system reliability and user experience.
