Pay: $35–$38/hour

Hybrid: Tuesday through Thursday on-site; Monday and Friday remote

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with some flexibility

Additional Benefits: Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays WHAT YOU'LL OWNManage full life cycle recruiting for engineering and manufacturing-related positions Conduct hiring manager intake calls and develop an understanding of position requirements Post and independently manage requisitions Review resumes, proactively source talent, and conduct candidate phone screens Manage candidate communication throughout the recruiting process Partner with recruiting coordinators to schedule and facilitate interviews Work directly with hiring managers throughout the interview and selection process Utilize available recruiting technology and AI-enabled interview tools Facilitate offer discussions, extensions, and negotiations Maintain consistent communication with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting partners Manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Approximately 3–5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience Staffing agency and/or high-volume recruiting experience Experience independently managing requisitions from intake through offer acceptance Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a changing environment Strong organization, communication, initiative, and professional judgment Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; relevant additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree ADDED BONUSWorkday experience strongly preferred LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing experience Engineering or manufacturing recruiting experience WHO WILL DO WELL IN THIS ROLE?A recruiter who is comfortable taking ownership. You'll need to be able to move between hiring manager conversations, sourcing, candidate screens, interviews, offers, and changing priorities without losing momentum or candidate engagement.
