This is a senior, revenue-generating leadership position for an established transaction advisory professional with a strong network of private equity firms, investment bankers, lenders, attorneys, and corporate deal professionals. The Managing Director will be responsible for originating new business, expanding existing relationships, leading transaction advisory engagements, and building the practice/team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the Transaction Advisory Services practice
- Generate new engagements through an established deal-network / Rolodex
- Build relationships with PE firms, investment banks, lenders, attorneys and corporate clients
- Oversee buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence
- Advise clients on quality of earnings, working capital, EBITDA adjustments and other transaction-related financial matters
- Lead and develop senior team members
- Help establish the firm’s market presence and growth strategy
- Maintain significant involvement with clients from origination through engagement completion
