Head of Data Strategy, Analytics & Governance

Michigan Farm Bureau Family of Companies seeks a Director of Data & Analytics to lead the enterprise data vision and drive measurable business outcomes. You will define strategic roadmaps for data, analytics, and governance, oversee BI, advanced analytics, and data quality programs, and partner with enterprise architecture and information security to ensure data is trusted and reusable. This role reports to the executive leadership, guides data enablement across the organization, and shapes
