Compensation: $160,000–$190,000/year

Schedule: Approximately 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

About the Role: Gentis Solutions is recruiting Lead Electrical Engineers to support industrial facility and capital projects, with responsibility for electrical design and direct coordination with client engineering and maintenance teams. Why This Role Stands OutOwn electrical design and onsite plant projects from design through construction support. Work a hybrid schedule with approximately two remote days per week. Choose from opportunities across 10 locations, with Cincinnati, Greenville, and Raleigh the highest priorities.

What You’ll Do: Design medium- and low-voltage power distribution systems for industrial facilities and capital projects. Develop electrical drawings, specifications, design packages, and construction documentation. Independently manage onsite plant projects and coordinate with client engineering and maintenance teams. Apply NEC, ANSI, NEMA, NFPA, and related electrical codes and standards throughout project delivery.

What We’re Looking For: Strong electrical engineering experience supporting industrial facility and capital projects. Hands-on medium- and low-voltage power distribution design experience, including electrical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation. Strong working knowledge of applicable electrical codes and standards. Consulting engineering or construction industry experience supporting industrial projects, including independent onsite project management and direct client collaboration. Experience in pulp and paper, chemical, food and beverage, consumer products, or pharmaceutical environments is a plus. EPC project experience and a PE license—or EIT with a clear path toward PE licensure—are also preferred. Preferred Tools: Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.Ready to apply?
