Equity & Payroll Lead In-Office SF

Rox Data Corp in San Francisco is seeking an Equity Compensation and Payroll Lead to own payroll input, variable compensation and equity operations end to end. This is a Finance role, not HR or accounting, and is conducted in-person five days a week within the Finance Team. The successful candidate will consolidate payroll for US employees via a Justworks PEO, manage India-based EOR, and implement strong controls across equity, taxes and reimbursement.
