GFET / Graphene Biosensor Device Specialist — Award-Contingent Consulting Opportunity Genethos Inc. is seeking an experienced GFET/graphene-device engineer or researcher to advise the device architecture for a Phase I biosensing program. We are particularly interested in candidates with hands-on experience in one or more of the following: graphene field-effect transistors (GFETs), liquid/electrolyte-gated FETs, Bio-FETs, 2D-material transistor fabrication, graphene transfer and patterning, source/drain contact design, transistor electrical characterization, and integration of FET devices with liquid-phase or biosensing environments. The initial technical scope would include translating experimental sensing requirements into a defined GFET die/device specification; advising substrate, channel, contact, passivation and liquid-gate considerations; identifying appropriate prefabricated versus custom-fabricated starting devices; and coordinating technical requirements with an external nanofabrication facility. Experience with graphene biosensors, physiological ionic-strength measurements, surface functionalization or microfluidic integration is highly desirable but not required. This is an early-stage, scoped consulting opportunity associated with Genethos's Phase I R&D planning. Compensation and scope would be agreed in advance, with project work contingent upon funding.
