Compliance Monitoring & Testing Manager H/F

JCW Group is partnering with a regional bank on a search for a Compliance Manager to lead their Compliance Department and help manage regulatory risk across federal/state banking regulations. Own and evolve the bank's comprehensive compliance program Track regulatory changes and translate them into policy updates Serve as the compliance voice to senior management and the BoardLead self-testing, audits, and exam prep/response Manage a team including Compliance Specialists and an HMDA Specialist 5+ years of related compliance experience~ in a related field (or equivalent)~ Strong working knowledge of banking regulations and the ability to interpret regulatory/legal documents~ Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional (CRCM) preferred~
