Aura Staffing is actively seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for an opportunity within a juvenile justice facility in Hertford, North Carolina. What You'll Do:
- Provide nursing care in a structured, secure environment
- Collaborate with direct care staff
- Work independently and serve as the primary on-site nurse during portions of your shift
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients while promoting a safe and healthy environment
- Ideal Experience:
- Adolescent or Pediatric Nursing
- School Nursing
- Public Health
- Correctional or Juvenile Healthcare
- Emergency Nursing
Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina RN license or Compact RN license
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and assessment skills
