Software Engineering Manager – Embedded Systems We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers responsible for developing embedded software for innovative, highly regulated technology products. This individual will provide both technical and people leadership, overseeing software architecture, design, development, integration, verification, and validation throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings a strong hands-on foundation in embedded software development, particularly bare-metal and real-time operating systems (RTOS), combined with proven experience managing engineering teams and delivering reliable, high-quality software. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity requiring onsite work in the Greater Seattle Area. The position offers the opportunity to lead a specialized embedded software engineering team developing sophisticated, hardware-integrated products in a regulated environment.
