Product Specialist - Sales

Responsibilities: As a Product Specialist, you will: Provide exceptional, personalized service to new and existing customers. Listen carefully to customers and recommend products that best fit their needs, preferences, and budget. Prepare sales tickets, schedule deliveries, and follow up with customers throughout the sales process. Consistently work toward and achieve established sales goals. Respond to customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally and effectively. Schedule follow-up appointments to keep customers informed about new products, developments, and promotions. Build lasting relationships that encourage customer loyalty and repeat business.

Qualifications: We’re looking for candidates who have: Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, but not required. The ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with customers. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. A goal-oriented, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented approach. Flexibility and availability to work retail hours. A positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn and succeed.
