RN Resident Care Manager: Lead Senior Care & MDS

Marquis Companies seeks a Resident Care Manager (RN) to lead nursing assessments and care planning for residents. The role coordinates with physicians, facilities’ inter-disciplinary teams, and families to ensure high-quality care through the Charge Nurse, CNAs, and Medication Nurse. The RN will implement MDS processes, CAAs where applicable, and work within an EMR/eCharting environment to optimize resident outcomes.
