Remote-First Tax Director REITs & Funds Strategy

Fundrise is seeking a senior tax leader to own the tax positions for a diversified fund platform including REITs, RICs, TRS, and partnerships. The role reports to the CFO and collaborates with finance, legal, real estate, and venture teams to optimize tax structure and reporting. You will balance in-house work with external capacity, drive the review of investor tax content, and automate processes where possible. Strong judgment and communication are essential.
