Senior Living PMHNP-BC: On-Site & Telehealth Care

AllCare.ai is hiring PMHNP-BC clinicians to provide on-site and telehealth behavioral health services for residents in Assisted Living/RCFE communities across Inland Empire, delivering consistent, predictable patient volume. You will perform psych evaluations and follow-ups, coordinate with PCPs and facilities, maintain same-day EMR documentation, and participate in staff education. The role offers part-time hours with clustered LA/OC routes and optional telehealth blocks, with mileage
