Director of Laboratory

Required Qualifications: Bachelors degreein Medical Technologyor a related scientific field. Minimum eight years of laboratory management experiencein a high-complexity, high-volume testing environment. Intermediate computer proficiencyin Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. Medical Technologist registry(ASCP, NCA, AAB, or equivalent) required.

Preferred Qualifications: Masters degreein Business Administrationor relevant scientific discipline. Five to seven years of progressive leadership experiencein laboratory operations or hospital administration. Strong knowledge of CLIA, CAP, and Joint Commission standards.
