Apply for this role →Global plastics and polymers company with over 2,500 employees that has been in business for over 75 years has an exciting opportunity available for a Technical Sales Rep. This a remote position and can be based anywhere in the Mid South area including Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina etc. This position will be involved in sales growth, relationship building, key account management, prospecting, and solutions selling. 50% or more travel is required.
Requirements:
BS Degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, plastics engineering, materials engineering, or related engineering degree is required. Must have at least 7 years of commercial or sales experience in the polymer industry. Experience with thermoplastics, plastic additives, polyethylene, polypropylene, HDPE, LLDPE, LDPE, polyolefins, plastic additives, PVC, compounding, extrusion, injection molding, or plastic resins would be a plus. Prior technical service experience would be a plus. This position offers a very competitive base salary, bonus potential, mileage, and comprehensive benefits.
