Digital Marketing Manager (Client Success + Account Management)Local & Qualified | Full-Time | 100% Remote Local & Qualified is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to lead client onboarding, manage project execution, and drive strategic growth across a portfolio of accounts. This role is ideal for someone with agency experience who can balance client communication, operational execution, and marketing strategy while maintaining a high standard of quality and follow-through. Key Responsibilities:
-You will work closely with our Director of Operations and internal fulfillment team to ensure every client receives consistent, high-quality execution and an excellent experience.
Responsibilities include:
Lead onboarding calls for new clients and ensure a strong start Manage project timelines, deliverables, and internal communication to keep work on track Coordinate internal team members and vendors to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met Maintain proactive client communication and relationship management Support and implement tailored marketing strategies to drive client growth Support strategy and execution of digital ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads Review performance, reporting, and next-step recommendations across accounts Required Skills & Qualifications -You should have: Experience managing digital marketing clients (agency experience strongly preferred)Strong project management skills across multiple accounts and deadlines Confidence leading client calls and setting expectations professionally Understanding of performance marketing fundamentals (Google Ads and Meta Ads)Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and consistent follow-through Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and operate independently Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time
