The Role: You'll be the welcoming face and organizational engine behind our production, caring for on-air guests, managing travel and schedules, and handling day-to-day communication. This is a contract-to-hire position with a path to permanent employment.
What You'll Do:
  • Book travel for staff, talent, and guests
  • Greet guests, help them get settled, and escort them to the green room, hair and makeup, and studio
  • File and data entry
  • Handle correspondence and incoming phone calls
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments for producers and executives
  • Keep guest information and itineraries organized
  • Support the production team as needed
What We're Looking For:
  • 1-2+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience (TV, media, or hospitality a plus)
  • Warm, polished presence and the poise to put nervous or high-profile guests at ease
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle last-minute changes
  • Experience booking travel and managing complex calendars
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Discretion with confidential information
Nice to Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, media, production, or business
  • Live production or TV studio experience
  • Flexibility for early mornings, late days, or occasional weekends
