This opportunity is ideal for an experienced caregiver who is passionate about providing comfort, dignity, and personalized support to clients in their homes. Schedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Shift: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM (12-hour day shifts)
Pay Rate: $19.65$20.00 per hour

Experience: Prior hospice care experience required

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
- Provide compassionate support and comfort to a client receiving hospice care
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
- Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the appropriate care team
- Follow the established care plan and agency guidelines
- Promote client dignity, safety, and emotional well-being
Qualifications:
- Active New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- Minimum of 1 year of professional HHA experience
- Previous hospice care experience required
- Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation strongly preferred
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Required Health Documentation
- To help expedite the onboarding process, candidates should be prepared to provide:
- Physical examination completed within the past 12 monthsPPD or QuantiFERON test completed within the past 12 months, or qualifying chest X-ray documentation completed within the past 5 yearsMMR immunization documentation, as required by applicable onboarding requirements
