Senior Bridge Design Lead - Complex Projects

Collins Engineers, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated Complex Bridge Design Specialist to lead and manage bridge designs for infrastructure projects across the Western United States. You will mentor junior staff, coordinate design plans, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. The role requires 10+ years in bridge design, PE license, and strong experience with AASHTO LRFD and DOT guidelines. This is a high-impact, technically challenging position in Denver, CO with occasional work in other cities.
