Job Description: A home and business alarm company in Little Rock, Arkansas, is looking for an Alarm Monitor/Dispatcher who is dependable and professional with excellent customer service skills and works well under pressure to work. This is a work in office position. Saturday and Sunday: 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This company is looking to hire immediately. Monitor alarms of businesses and residential customers Call owner/manager if alarm goes off Follow company procedures to dispatch appropriate emergency services when necessary Must have good customer service skills and comfortable with computers.$13.00 an hourFBI and State Police background check No felonies or misdemeanors Smoke-free environment This is a long-term temporary assignment.
