Remote Real Estate Counsel - Complex Deals & Growth

The NRP Group seeks a qualified Legal Counsel to support Real Estate Development, Acquisition & Finance. You will manage transactions from inception through closing, draft and negotiate real estate documents, and advise partners on structure, risk, and closing readiness. Ideal candidates hold a JD, active license, 5–8 years of related experience in commercial real estate, with in-house experience preferred and knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, and housing finance. Office or remote work options available.
