Position Overview: The CNA – Cardiac Telemetry provides direct patient care under RN supervision, supporting a high-functioning team.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfersmeasure vital signs, output, and weightscollect specimens and perform fingerstick blood testsaid with patient mobility and transfers using lifts and safe handling devicesand perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Must hold an Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License and a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Preferred experience includes hospital or long-term care settings.
