Responsibilities:
- Work with architects to develop plans
- Present project updates/details to local government officials
- Develop and manage a project schedule
- Conduct site testing and inspections
- Negotiate with general contractors
- Create and maintain budget
- Oversee entire project (development, construction, completion)
Requirements:
6+ years of development and project management experience Ability to oversee multiple ongoing projects
