Laborer

Position type: Full Time, Temp-to-Hire Daily responsibilities: Clean and prep forms for setup. Setup forms so they are ready to place concrete into them. Make steel reinforcement cages for forms. Pour concrete into forms and finish with a trowel. Paint, seal, and label finished product as needed. Help with building wooden forms as needed. Take apart metal and wood forms using various hand/power tools. Help in yard with unloading, placement, or loading of product. Cleanup, this is a big and very important part of the job. Other Duties as assigned

Hours: Lakelands runs two shifts, Monday Friday 6am to 2:30pm or 7am to 3:30pm.

Required experience: Job training for this position will be provided by the company. Preferred skills &

Experience: Previous production experience preferred but not required. High school diploma or GED preferred but not required. Knowledge of proper use of hand tools such as hammers, sockets, wrenches is a plus. Knowledge of proper use of power tools such as drills, grinder, saw is a plus. Why Lakelands?
