Bridge National Practice Lead

Roles and Responsibilities: Mentors, collaborates, and oversees Bridge Regional Practice Leads and supporting project managers and staff. Functions as a technical leader to facilitate the professional development of engineering staff. Directs, plans, and coordinates the team utilization and financial metrics within the Structures Bridge team. Develops and reviews proposals, in collaboration with other team members, to determine project requirements, schedules, budgets, and staffing needs to win the project. Directs, plans, and coordinates activities of personnel to ensure that standards, schedules, budgets, and quality expectations are met. Monitors and updates the pursuit pipeline, operational labor backlog, and projected staff assignments and utilization. Works collaboratively with managers across different business groups to meet marketing, sales, staffing, and project delivery goals. Travel will be necessary. Compensation & Location

Salary Range: $165,000 - $225,000+ (depending on experience)
