Candidates must be able to drive to multiple locations throughout the day and accommodate seasonal transitions. Maintaining exterior spaces and common areas of commercial properties Excellent customer service when interacting with residents and coworkers Trash and debris removal Breezeway housekeeping Seasonal snow and ice removal Flower and tree maintenance Dog waste and cigarette butt removal Assisting Maintenance Tech with duties as needed Compensation and classification are determined by Senior Manager and may be adjusted based on operational needs.
