In this role, you will support the restaurant's overall success by helping to lead daily operations, developing team members, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This role partners closely with the General Manager to drive service standards, financial performance, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Through hands-on leadership, coaching, and positive encouragement, you inspire your team to deliver exceptional hospitality while fostering an environment where people feel valued, empowered, and motivated to succeed together. Salary Range - $55,000 - $65,000/yr
