Oversee large-scale transmission infrastructure projects that enhance community connectivity Work closely with major utility and energy clients as a reliable consultant Take charge of projects from proposal stage to finalization with considerable decision-making authority Drive business expansion by cultivating new and existing client partnerships Collaborate with renowned engineering specialists spanned across various disciplines Guide future leaders while advancing your own path towards senior management If you step into the role of a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring both project delivery and client satisfaction. Project Oversight Lead transmission engineering projects through all stages from planning to completion Handle project scope, schedules, budgets, profitability, forecasting, and financial performance Develop project execution plans, manage project risks, and oversee change control Coordinate cross-functional teams encompassing engineering, environmental aspects, permitting, right-of-way, procurement, project controls, and construction management Ensure projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with QA/QC standards Client & Business Expansion Act as the primary contact point for utility and energy clients Cultivate reliable client relationships that create recurring business and long-lasting partnerships Identify opportunities to broaden services within existing client accounts Lead proposal creation, client presentations, and contract negotiations Participate in strategic planning and business development ventures that fuel continual growth Team Management Mentor engineers and project professionals Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and development of project teams Promote cooperation across engineering disciplines Foster a culture centered on safety, quality, innovation, and ongoing enhancements We are seeking a leader who possesses a blend of technical proficiency, exceptional project management skills, and strong client interaction abilities.
