Director, Collections Strategy & Recovery Excellence

FNBO is seeking a Director of Collections Performance & Recovery in Omaha to lead managers and teams across collections, training, and post-charge-off recovery. The role drives recoveries, reduces losses, and ensures regulatory compliance while partnering across Finance, Compliance, Risk and Operations. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in collections or related finance functions, strong leadership, and proven ability to execute strategy with data-driven insights. Onsite work is expected.
