Social Media Marketing Specialist

What You’ll Do: Develop and produce engaging short-form video and social content Turn product features, customer stories, and outdoor experiences into compelling social stories Shoot and edit content independently when needed Develop creative concepts, scripts, hooks, and storyboards Manage day-to-day social content calendars and publishing Identify relevant trends, creators, and cultural moments Work with our marketing, product, design, and global teams to develop content Help grow our social communities and continuously improve content based on performance What We’re Looking For 2–4+ years of experience in social media, content creation, fashion/apparel, lifestyle, or a related field Strong portfolio of short-form video and social storytelling Comfortable shooting and editing content for Tik Tok, Reels, and Shorts Strong understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and emerging social trends Excellent writing and communication skills Fluent in both English and Chinese Strong creative instincts and attention to visual details Genuine interest in outdoor lifestyle, travel, sports, apparel, or adventure Comfortable getting outside, working with creators, and capturing content in real-world environments We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just “manage social media”—we want someone who can find the story, capture the moment, and make people want to be part of it.
