Senior Analytics & BI Engineering Lead (Remote)

Deckers Brands seeks a Sr. Manager of Analytics & BI Engineering to own the enterprise metrics layer, define reporting standards, and lead both internal analytics staff and external BI partners. You will ensure data quality, model consistency, and scalable delivery across brands and functions. You will guide the semantic layer, coordinate with data governance and product functions, and mentor a team of analytics engineers and BI developers in a fast-paced, global environment.
