Honing Machine Operator Trainee (Skilled Trade)We are seeking a motivated Machine Operator Trainee to join our precision manufacturing team. This is an opportunity to learn a highly skilled trade aligned with manual machining. Honing is both a science and an art it requires focus, patience, and developing the "feel" for precision work. This position involves working with extremely tight tolerances and very small components. Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail are critical. This is a high-overtime position. Candidates MUST be seeking and willing to work extended hours. Schedule & Overtime Monday Friday, typically 10-hour days Average 5565 hours per week Overtime may include Saturdays Start time typically 6:00 AM (may extend to 4:30 PM or later on short notice)
