What You'll Do: Represent our telecom client in face-to-face customer environments Educate customers on available products and service options Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Support customer acquisition and market growth Participate in retail, event, and promotional campaigns Learn sales, communication, and customer engagement strategies Track individual and team performance Develop an understanding of territory and campaign operations Assist with training newer team members as you advance Learn leadership, recruiting, and team-development fundamentals Who We're Looking For You do not need previous telecom or sales experience. We are primarily looking for individuals who are: Ambitious, coachable, and motivated to grow Confident communicating with people face-to-face Competitive while still being team-oriented Interested in business, leadership, sales, or management Comfortable in a performance-driven environment Willing to learn and apply feedback Interested in eventually training and leading others Excited about joining a new market during its early growth stage Experience in customer service, restaurants, hospitality, retail, athletics, events, marketing, communications, or sales can transfer well into this position.
