Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary $425K - $500K (Negotiable) + bonus incentives Sign-on bonus & relocation allowance (negotiable) 3-year contract: Guaranteed salary (Years 1 2), productivity model (Year 3) Medical school loan repayment negotiable CME allowance: $5,000
