Senior Rail Engineering & Safety Director

Genesee & Wyoming Inc. seeks an experienced Field Operations leader to oversee maintenance and construction on its fixed properties. The role requires deep knowledge of railroad engineering, compliance with safety and FRA/AREMA standards, and the ability to coordinate capital projects across multiple properties. You will train and guide roadmasters, enforce engineering policies, review reports, and interact with federal and state agencies.
