Turn Milling Machinist

Location: Hanover, PA Pay Range: $32.84 plus $.75/hour shift differential Shift: 2nd Shift 3pm-11pm (M-F) & 3rd Shift 11pm-7am (Sunday night start)What's the Job? Set up and operate DMG Mori Turn Milling Machines to produce high-precision aerospace components. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Input tool lengths using Zoller and calibrate probes to ensure accuracy. Perform tooling offsets and make process adjustments for secondary operations. Inspect parts using probes and measuring equipment to ensure they meet specifications. What's Needed? Minimum 1 year experience working with 5-axis machinery and a high school diploma or GED.Ability to read and interpret dimensional blueprints and sketches. Knowledge of measurement tools such as gauges and mics. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance. Experience in a manufacturing environment performing setup roles. What's in it for me?
