Apply for this role →Now Hiring: Senior Buyer – Regulated Industry| Full-Time We’re looking for an experienced Senior Buyer to lead sourcing and supplier management in a highly regulated environment. This role will drive strategic purchasing, cost optimization, and supplier performance while ensuring full compliance with industry standards.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead strategic sourcing and supplier qualification• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supplier terms• Manage RFQs, POs, order tracking, and inventory levels• Partner closely with Engineering, Quality & Production• Ensure compliance with industry standards and export/import requirements• Drive cost-reduction and continuous improvement initiatives• Mentor junior team members
What You Bring:
• 5+ years of procurement experience in aerospace/defense• Strong negotiation and supplier management experience• Deep understanding of applicable industry standards• ERP/MRP experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.)• Bachelor’s degree preferred; APICS/ISM certifications a plus• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
