Global Investment Legal Counsel - US & Cross-Border

UBS is seeking a qualified US-licensed lawyer to serve as Legal Counsel for the Direct Investments Group within Global Wealth Management. The role centers on US activity while supporting the international platform, advising on co-investments and tailored structures across jurisdictions. You will monitor regulatory developments, collaborate with risk, compliance, external counsel and internal stakeholders to identify and manage legal risks, and contribute to governance and strategic initiatives.
